seeks a board certified or in the process of certification, fellowship-trained surgeon for our location at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding clinical skills and judgment and a keen interest in, and capability for growing a busy clinical practice. Additional training and experience with complex microsurgical reconstruction (head/neck, breast, lower extremity) and lymphatic surgery (LVA, lymph node transfer) will be highly desirable. We invite energetic, and capable candidates who have an interest in joining a full-time academic department that offers patients state of the art clinical care and a dedication to research and teaching.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic group of surgeons who are part of the MedStar Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Program, Department of Plastic Surgery at Georgetown University School of Medicine and become a key member of an expanding, academic, multi-specialty medical practice with a close interface to cutting edge clinical care and research initiatives across the region. Academic rank would be commensurate with experience, a track record of research and publication.
