|Description:||Opening July 1, 2019. The 12 months Microsurgery fellowship provides in-depth experience with breast, head and neck, and extremity microsurgery. The fellows are involved with surgical cases at Methodist University Hospital (MUH) and Baptist Memorial Hospital (BMH). Opportunities to participate in perforator flap, robotic-assisted, hand and upper extremity, facial reanimation, and cosmetic surgery are available. Interest in research, travel and moonlighting can be accommodated. The Micro Fellow is strongly encouraged to participate in the Plastic Surgery Program including Grand Rounds, Journal Club, clinics and operative procedures. UTHSC ONLY accepts J-1 Visas at this time.
