|Description:||The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Surgery at Rush University Medical Center is recruiting a Board certified or in the process of certification plastic reconstructive surgeon with experience in gender affirmation surgery. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic and clinical credentials, excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrated expertise in facial feminization and top and bottom surgery, including microvascular reconstruction. The candidate should possess outstanding administrative and leadership skills to develop and spearhead a multi-disciplinary Gender Affirmation Surgery program at Rush University Medical Center. This position has unlimited growth potential within our supportive academic environment. The applicant should demonstrate a commitment to academic and scholarly activities in addition to clinical services.
