Description: The Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking qualified candidates for the position of faculty and director of pediatric and craniofacial plastic surgery. Ideal candidates should be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with additional fellowship training at an ACGME-accredited craniofacial program. Academic rank may be at the assistant, associate, or professor level, according to qualifications. The candidate would be expected to continue the direction of a well-established pediatric and craniofacial anomalies program, with opportunities to expand practice into other areas of plastic surgery.

The Division of Plastic Surgery at MU has a long and proud tradition of clinical and academic excellence and was one of the original five programs to institute the integrated training model in plastic surgery. We are seeking candidates who can support the Division through a period of growth, maintain the highest levels of excellence in clinical care, foster resident and medical student education, and enhance research productivity. Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively as a team leader and demonstrate a vision for continued expansion and development.
