Description: The University of Iowa Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, is accepting applications for a faculty position with specialized interest and training in Hand Surgery. This position is open rank and may be tenure or clinical (non-tenure) track dependent on the individual.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Plastic Surgery training program and an accredited Hand Fellowship. Must be board certified/eligible in Plastic Surgery and eligible for a CAQ in Hand Surgery. Applicants with established research are preferred. Research experience which enables procurement of outside funding required for tenure track appointments.

Applicants must demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills and be committed to ongoing performance improvement. Dedication to enhancing a diverse workforce and academic environment is vital.
